Payment of goods
Shelterbyg Aps always has the right to take advance payment on the full amount of specially produced products such as shelters and fire cabins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The production of the product is only started when the full amount of the order confirmation is received

All prices on the webshop include VAT. Shelterbyg is entitled to continuously change the price rates. Online payment
Shelterbyg ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. Shelterbyg ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders. Shelterbyg ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Bank transfer

Delivery
Expected delivery time and place of delivery will appear in the product description. However, conditions may arise which cause delays or faster delivery right up to the expected delivery week. In such cases, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible about the new schedule. However, this does not give the opportunity to change the order confirmation until the building permit is approved. Should we receive an approved building permit before the expected deadline, we reserve the right to, if possible, advance the schedule with a view to faster delivery. In such a case, the buyer will be notified of this.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act, the consumer as a general rule has the right of withdrawal (cf. § 13). According to § 14, 3 p. However, the main rule does not apply to goods that are specially produced and which due to their nature cannot be returned, e.g. Shelters and fire cabins that are made to order. As all our shelters, campfire huts and mud toilets at Shelterbyg are custom-made for the individual customer, the order cannot be exchanged, returned or changed after purchase. This applies to our shelters, campfire cabins and other specially produced products.

Other products
As regards other products (such as mosquito nets), a full right of return is granted on all goods, unless otherwise stated for the individual goods. However, the item must be returned in original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition no later than 14 days after receipt by the customer. Goods that are returned must be accompanied by an original invoice and delivered at no cost to Shelterbyg ApS. Costs for delivery/freight on your order will not be returned if you wish to return the item.

Right of complaint
Shelterbyg provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about faults and defects which should be detected by usual examination of the goods must be notified to Shelterbyg within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, if necessary. Crediting. Shelters, campfires, etc. are built of wood. Weather conditions such as wind, rain, heat and cold can affect the materials. With non-insulated solutions, minor leaks can therefore also occur, with water ingress as a result. Such minor leaks do not constitute defects and are not eligible for complaint.
